Student Membership Information and Student Requirements

Student members must meet AAA (Arkansas Activities Association) requirements for competition and scholarship participation
All students must have a minimum of a 2.0 GPA from the fall semester. The student is eligible if they are enrolled and update on all participation in the SIP program
Members must be 21 years of age or younger.
Student membership dues $20.00 per student
Substitution of non-members for absent members to attend and compete in the state competition is not allowed
Members must be present to receive their awards.
Only student members in good standing may attend the AYAA Convention or Competition. No non-student members or guests are allowed.
Members may only submit 1 artwork in each category, with a maximum of 5 artworks submitted to be judged.
As a paid student member, we may post or share photos of your artwork or students participating in the events for promotional purposes only.

November 15th, 2024
- All participating Arkansas high schools must complete the school membership form and have a minimum of one student member.
- School sponsors must send a list of student members with one check to cover all listed members to the address listed below.
February 1st, 2025
- School sponsors must send a list of all additional student members with one check to cover all listed members to the address listed below.
March 1st, 2025
- All students should be registered for the on-site art competition.
- All senior scholarship applications must be submitted online.
- All student officer nominations forms with a letter of intent submitted
- All Patron of the Arts Nomination forms sent.
